Duplicating Groups

Duplicating groups within a show follows a similar process:

1. Navigate to Your Show: Within the show list, find the group you want to duplicate. 2. Press on the Group: You’ll be given the option to duplicate the group or save it as a template.

Duplicating groups is especially beneficial when you need to make only a minor change, preserving the rest of the group’s settings. A common application is in DMX programming, where it’s often easier to duplicate a previous cue and adjust only what’s necessary for the next cue. This approach saves time and ensures consistency across your programming.
