3D Text

3D text is a simple yet effective method for creating animated text or titles that automatically loop. These titles can be placed over an image or a moving background to produce captivating hold screens with IQ Pro, eliminating the need for external software.

To add 3D text in your group, create a new track and select the “3D Text” option. Here, you can name your track and use the layer editor below to scale and position your title.

The delay option is available to help you time the text’s appearance at a specific moment in your video.

In the text settings, you can enter the text to be animated, choose a font, select a color from the color grid, spectrum, or sliders, adjust opacity, and pick a texture from options like wood grain, marble, and metal finishes.

If you want your text to overlay a video background, select the 3D text to appear on a higher layer (e.g., layer two) and adjust the track settings to auto-start the next cue. The following track, set to layer one, will serve as your background. Note that while 3D text loops automatically, moving backgrounds must be set to loop manually.
