General Information
Exporting a show
If you're at the final stages of your show and you want to back up the show so you can keep it safe just in case you have to reset your phone, then we recommend exporting your show file and uploading it to a cloud storage site such as iCloud, Dropbox or Google Drive
How to export
Open the app and go to the homepage. Find the ‘Shows’ tab to see your list of shows. To export your need to long-press on the show you wish to export.

You’ll then be presented with two options:
Duplicate the Show
This option creates a local backup within the app itself. It’s an excellent way to ensure you have a copy of your show stored locally if you decide to make any changes to your show's format or structure and is highly recommended.
Export the Show
When you select to export, IQ Pro will compile all the local files associated with your show into a single file. The process might take a minute as the app bundles your show’s components. Once completed, the Files app will launch, prompting you to select a save location.

Storing Your Show
Create a Dedicated Folder
It’s advisable to store your show in a dedicated folder locally on your iOS device. This practice ensures that you always have a readily available backup of your main show that doesn’t require an internet connection to access. You can do this by selecting On my iPhone or On my iPad in the left sidebar when choosing the location to export.

Airdrop
For additional security, you can share your show file with close iOS or Mac devices using AirDrop. This method provides a convenient way to have an on-site backup system.
Cloud storage
We also recommend storing a copy in a cloud storage just in case you need to wipe your device for some reason, you would still have a backup of your show you could download from the cloud.
